Description

Frankie's ballgown from the "Foster's" feature-length TV special, "Destination Imagination".

I didn't want to call this pic "Queen Frankie" for risk of copying MikeLeRoi's pic of her in this dress.

I might draw another pic of Frankie in this dress at some point. ;)
